We will replace items if they are defected or damaged. In order to receive a replacement, take a picture of the defective or damaged item and submit it to nubushemakeup@gmail.com with in 72 hours of receipt . If the same item is in stock it will be replaced with the same item, if not it will be replaced with a item of the same value.
